Back On The Wagon

Well, I did it. I made a commitment with the local pool.

I have gone each morning - swimming for 30 minutes. That is about all the ankle can take. But it sure feels good to be moving again:)

  1. I am just so proud and happy for you. I know how wonderful the water must feel. Keep it up...I am using my anger to push me further and further each day. It helps so much.

  3. I've been standing (and "walking") on my Gazelle to grade my papers. Today I got motion sick, but I'm going to try again tomorrow.

  4. Way to go, girlfriend! Swimming is the one exercise that doesn't "pound" your joints!!

    I have been SO slack since my girly surgery. It's time to get back in there. Swimsuit season will be here before we know it!!!

    I am still walking my two miles a day! That's about it! I need to stop so many carbs though!

    Somebody just had to say the S(wimsuit) word didnt they!
