Resolutions

Today is D-Day.

I have got to do something.  If I don't, I will die.  Maybe not today.  Maybe not tomorrow.  But I am hastening that day.

I am tired of feeling uncomfortable in my own skin.  I am tired of feeling sluggish.  I am tired of feeling self-conscious.  I am tired of feeling limited.  I am tired of feeling tired.

So today is D-Day.

So I am making these resolutions:

1.     I will use a smaller plate.

2.     I will chew more.

3.     I will not clean my plate.

4.     I will use chopsticks.  Well, maybe not - but I will make a conscious effort to slow down.

5.     I will drink water.

Plus I will exercise.  And I will do my ankle exercises twice daily.

Who will be my task master?

  1. Let's not think of it as having a Task Master. Let's think of it as having a Weight-Loss Buddy:) There. It's easier already, isn't it??:) I will be your Weight-Loss Buddy, and I'm sure we can get through this together!! I feel all of the same things right now that you feel, with the exception of the ankle issues. The weather is getting nicer, and THAT is enough to get us in a good mood for this!!! Right??

My goal is to have lost enough weight to feel comfortable wearing a little sundress when I go to Blog Fest. What is your goal??

Now. GET OFF OF YOUR A$$, AND GET ON THAT BIKE!! Bwahahahahahahaha!!!

  7. Good for you! I just lost 30 lbs but I've been on Medifast :( yucky! My new thing is I'm drinking water from a big gallon bottle. Some days it's so hard to get that water in!

Smaller plate is a great idea too!

Thanks for following by the way, I am now too :)
